I must say this is not my own idea, I once saw something similar on another blog and I liked the idea so much that I had to try it, with little adjustments. Despite the fact that the wings are quite big (4.5 cm), they are light and you can't feel them in your ears.
The earrings are made from polymer clay and metallic parts. Price is 110 kr / pair. On order I can make something similar with different colors.
